Q: Is my contribution tax deductable?
A: Currently our 501c5 has not been approved, we are in the review process.  Always consult with your accountant before making a contribution.

 

Q: Is CAPA even needed, because there are already several other organizations in the area? A: Yes, The Purpose of the Republican River Water Conservation District:

Purpose of the proposed Yuma County Water Authority: Protect and possibly acquire Yuma Counties senior water rights.
